Memorial of James Thompson, of Charlestown, Mass., 1630-1642, and Woburn, Mass., 1642-1682, p. 25, incorrectly reports this marriage as 6 May 1702 because it misinterpreted the birth dates of the children. Son Joshua was born 14 Jan 1703 (meaning 1703/04) and Hannah was born 21 Jan 1704 (meaning 21 Jan 1704/05). Unlike the birth dates which both are subject to double-dating interpretation, there is no way to misinterpret the marriage date, May of 1703, which means exactly May of 1703 both at the time, and now.
