Also included as a child of Joseph and Dorothy (Brown) Kent is a (first) Susanna bp 24 April (or 26 May) 1698. Next older child, John, was born at Rehoboth 9 August 1697 leaving almost no room for a subsequent child born in the first half of 1698. This entry appears to be based on the inclusion of a Susanna with these dates in Briggs' Kent Genealogies, page 116, cited in this "Silver Book" but which itself cited no source(s).[1]
