They were members of the Contentnea (Nahunta) Meeting in Wayne County, North Carolina from 1773[2] until 1802, when they transferred to the Concord Meeting in Belmont County, Ohio.[4] They appear to have been members of the Short Creek Meeting in Jefferson County, Ohio at the time of Christian's death in 1806.[3]
