Source:Dwight, Benjamin Woodbridge. History of the Descendants of Elder John Strong, of Northampton, Mass
, p. 1088, names a daughter Lucy, but no daughter Roxy. Lucy is listed first among the daughters, suggesting, though not stating that she is oldest? No record of Lucy's birth has been located. It is not clear if Lucy and Roxy are different people, or if there is some confusion with the name.
