(Jonathan Kimball) married, second, 3 Nov. 1739, widow Jane (Pierson) Plummer, who died 1764. His last marriage, late in life and soon after the death of his first wife, evidently was not a happy one, as he says in his will: "Since my wife Jane has eloped and refuses to live with me, I give her five shillings and a pair of leather gloves." The widow was not satisfied with this, as afterwards she receipts for £50.
