-23 Mar 1775 John Weight of Exeter, yeoman, & Sarah his wife for £900 to Beriah Brown Jr. of South Kingstown 2 tracts. First 150 acres with dwelling house bounded: John Congdon, Benoni Hall, Isaac Vaughan, Stephen Arnold, highway, Joseph Raynolds. Second 17 acres in North Kingstown bounded: Samuel & Charles Brown, highway, Anthony Rathbun, Samuel Rathbun.
