21 Aug 1729: John Preston Housewright & Mary Preston Spinster & John Blake Cordwainer and Abigail his wife all of Dorchester the said John Preston Mary Preston and Abigail Blake being Grand Children of Preserved Capen and Great Grand Children to Capt. John Capen both late of Dorcester afores'd Deceased for £39-10-0 to their Great-Uncle Samuel Capen of Dorcester yeoman all right to land "late in the said Township of Dorcester but now in the Townships of Stoughton or Wrentham" in right of the said John Capen and Preserved Capen.
