Funeral in Mayfield This Tuesday of Guy S Maitland, Aged 46
Funeral services were held this Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock in theMayfield church, Rev. R. H. Byler, officiating, over the remains of SuyS. Maitland. Interment was in the Mayfield Cemetery.
Suy S. Maitland died suddenly in Chicago on Wednesday, April 17, fromparalysis from which ailment he had suffered for several years.
The son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Maitland, Guy Maitland was born inSycamore in November, 1884, and while yet a child his fmaily moved toIowa. In 1916 he was married in Chicago and had since that time residedthere.
Besides his wife he is survived by there children, Guy, Jr., John Floydand Luella, and by his father, Robert Maitland of Belmont, Ia., abrother, J. R. Maitland of Milwaukee and a sister Mrs. John Hyde ofGarner, Ia.
