GOULD, John and Priscila Heard, both of Sudbury, Jan. 2, 1737-8.
↑ Priscilla's father's will of 1758 names grandchildren Oliver and Silence Gould. Nothing is known of these two children, but no guardian was appointed so they were probably born in the 1730's. Silence, wife of Barzillai Rice, d. in Vermont in 1793, age 54 (born 1739). Find A Grave seems to think she is Silence Gould, not a bad guess, since she named her first son Oliver Rice, but no evidence that this is right has been found, nor any trace of the brother Oliver Gould (one might guess a birth around 1735 based on parent's marriage?]
