- Source:Eddy, Ruth Story Devereux. Eddy Family in America, p. 100, apparently interpreted the birth for "Ama" as "Anna" instead of Amy. However, the death record of Amy in 1768, "in ye 5th year of her Age", makes it clear this was Amy. As a result, this source does not apply the death of "Anna" to Hannah as it should, and can only lamely remark that Hannah is "not mentioned in father's will".
She also adds a Submit Eddy to this family even though "he or she is not mentioned in the father's will" and there is no birth record, so this clearly a speculation. Not only that, it is an extremely doubtful speculation as this "Submit Belding Eddy" (p. 169) witnessed a deed in 1794 in Mass., and since the last other child was born in 1763, should have been mentioned in a will dated 10 Feb 1776.
