Delano, Jethro and Deliverance Eldred, both of D., int. July 4, 1771.
Source:The New England Historical and Genealogical Register, p. 151:317, mentions a deed dated 11 May 1753 where "Deliverance Eldredge of Dartmouth, administratrix of the estate of Elnathan Eldridge late of Dartmouth" sold land to Samuel Cornish. As Elnathan was born about 1695 or 1696, Deliverance would have been approximately the same age as Jethro Delano. However, even this source does not know Deliverance's maiden name, nor does it mentions a subsequent marriage. I have not found any source that confirms this speculative identification of the woman who married the 70 year old Jethro Delano.
