    [Note: the Lancaster records are in their original chronological order and the surrounding dates appear to suggests the date there is correct in that it appears to be spring of 1726/7. Since 28 Mar was after 25 Mar, the start of the New Year, it would be 28 Mar 1727. So, if this date was recorded as 1726, the date would have had to have been before 25 Mar, and the 28 is wrong.]
