- James Lovel married ca. 1328, Elizabeth (or Isabel), who's parentage is unknow, and on 9 March 1328/1329 his father obtained license to alienate to James and Elizabeth entail male the manors of North and South Barrow, Somerset.

Note: Both LDS files and 'Burke's Dormant and Extinct Peerages' indicate that Elizabeth/Isabel is a daughter of William La Zouch and Maude Lovel. Neighter is a super reliable source, but I am adopting that pedigree.[Edwards gedcom.GED]
