↑ Estimated marriage date of about 1737 is based on "The Knowles Family of Eastham" by Charles T. Libby, NEHGR, p. 79:391, which says that in 1735 bought land in Hartford and two years later moved to Wethersfield, which is where Martha Allyn was born and lived.
