    "Rich Congressman Sued for Divorce"

    This is the second time Mrs. Cox has filed for divorce from Mr Cox. This petition was filed 10 May 1911. Mrs. Cox plans on living in Germany to further her vocal education. The first divorce petition was filed in Dayton and thrown out on technicalities.

    Richard H. Lee is Mrs. Cox's attorney. [Later Mr. Lee married Mrs. Cox].
