    - (1) demised (a)-(c) to (2) to secure payment of £70 to Hannah Child, James Child, Ellen Child, William Child, Mary Child, Isaack Child and Sarah Child (children of (1) and Ellen, his wife), and for 5 shillings paid to James Child the younger by (2) demised (a)-(c) to (2)

    (a) cottage in the occupation of Ellen Child in Coleshill;
    (b) 2 closes of meadow or pasture adjoining (a) containing together 3 acres in the occupation of Stephen Salter;
    (c) hedgerow or parcel of woodground adjoining (b) on N containing 1 acre in the occupation of James Child the elder
