(b) 2 closes of meadow or pasture adjoining (a) containing together 3 acres in the occupation of Stephen Salter;
(c) hedgerow or parcel of woodground adjoining (b) on N containing 1 acre in the occupation of James Child the elder
Habendum:
- to (2) from death of survivor of (1) and Ellen, his wife for 500 years at peppercorn rent with proviso for voiding on payment of £10 to each of the children of (1)
