↑ Source:Anderson, Robert Charles. Great Migration Begins: Immigrants to New England, 1620-1633 in its article on "Richard Dummer" seems to doubt whether Hannah m. James Allen, noting that the marriage date is a transposition of his marriage date to Elizabeth (Houchin) Endicott [Hannah 18 Aug 1663 vs. Elizabeth 31 Aug 1668, however, this seems like a very complex transposition, involving three non-consecutive digits, not one likely to be made in error?]. However, Source:Upham, Charles W. Salem Witchcraft, p. 78, says James Allen received five hundred acres of land as a result of his marriage to Hannah, which could be pretty good proof of their marriage.
