Lambert and the minor child of Isabella Lambert decd. represented by Daniel G. Lambert tutor.

John K. Goff, Joseph Cutrer. [same date?] Jacob Hughes son-in-law to sd Rebecca Dykes by marriage with her daughter Faithy, Harriet (x) Dykes daughter of sd Rebecca, and Jacob (x) Dykes son of sd Rebecca declared that for $33 they assigned their right to the within to sd Joel Ott, wits. John K. Goff, Joseph Cutrer.
