  2. ↑ The Richmond record book p. 15 says" These may certify that Ichabod Whipple and Lydea Parke[r/s?] both of Richmond are joined in Marriage by Matturen Ballou Clerk", i.e, with no date, but on a page where the other records are from the 1770s. The index entry create by the town clerk here, says "No date". Yet the familysearch.org index says "1809".
