Hugh left Glasgow where he was living in an apartment with a twenty year widow named Mary A Keys while working as a boilermaker possibly on the ships being built in Glasgow or/and the factories of Glasgow area I assume he came to Boston for the same reason in the year 1901 looking for work. He must have found a job for I believe he sent for Annie Wallace for she came from the same street that Hugh's family live in Wishaw Scotland. She arrived in Boston in April of 1902, Annie married Hugh in October of the same year. My father told that they traveled around New England and New York with their first child Mary Agnes Boyle was born in Rhode Island. There also was another little girl named Annie who died very young, but I don't know when or where she was born. Then my father Hugh Wallace Boyle was born in Boston in 1906 with his sister Sarah Veronica Boyle being born in 1912. Which was on a few months before Annie took her three children back to Scotland in 1913
