9 Dec 1710: Henry Willard sells to Benjamin Bellows rights to third division in Lancaster, 30 acres in right of Estate of Richard Wheeler, and 5 acres in right of Major Simon Willard, mentioning "Sarah my wife", though the recording only shows the signature and seal of Henry Willard.
