Witnesses: Ebenezer Moone Jr. and Othnial Tripp. [Exeter Land pps. 288-289] -4 Nov 1773 Gideon Wait of Exeter, cooper, & Louis his wife for 500 Spanish milled silver dollars to Benjamin Thomas of Richmond, husbandman, 260 acres bounded: highway, late of Thomas Fry, now of Caleb Arnold, George Sweet, David Herrington, Holden Edlred.
