The source is called the Revolutionary War Pensioners, but based on other records, these pensions appear to be for the Mexican War (1847-48). Louisa Barnard, widow of Owen Barnard, remarried 6 Dec 1857 - possibly to G L Preston or possibly to someone else before she married G L Preston.
