  2.   Source:Chase, John Carroll. Seven Generations of the Descendants of Aquila and Thomas Chase, p. 94, says she died, age 77, Newton NH 14 Oct 1794 due to falling off a horse. Her birth would be about 1717, and so the author suggests she is "probably" the d/o Robert Pike, bp. Salisbury 29 Nov 1715.
