  2.   Source:Ward, Andrew Henshaw. Ward Family, p. 51, lists Ephraim "b. --- 1733" as a son of Ephraim Ward and Susannah Weeks. But their marriage, given as 30 Jan 1733, is explicitly recorded as 30 Jan 1733/34 in the published VRs, and with the birth of Solomon 14 Nov 1734, followed by Abner 18 Jun 1736, Francis 2 Feb 1737/38, and Lucy 26 Oct 1739 before Susanna died 13 Jun 1740, and considering Ephraim's marriage in 1755, it is pretty much impossible to fit Ephraim into this marriage (except possibly as a twin). No death date is known for the father Ephraim, therefore no will, so the basis for identifying him as the father is not clear, but if he is, it might suggest a previous marriage? Either that, or the marriage was really 30 Jan 1732/33 and Abner was born around summer of 1733.
