Tabitha's death in 1755 in Bristol, RI, is recorded in Arnold's VR of Rhode Island, p. 8:234 and p. 6:1-160. Meanwhile, the marriage of Elisha Risden to Tabitha Gaius is recorded 25 Apr 1739 (ibid, p. 8:216). So she is not his first wife, nor the mother of the children on this page, and their birth, currently listed in Boston, is probably wrong, as Elisha's father moved to Fairfield in 1663, and Elisha was granted land there in 1681. In fact, Families of Old Fairfield, p. 2:785, notes both children Nathaniel and Johanna, but does not identify the parents of either. Both appear to have married about the 1730 timeframe which suggests births about 20 or more years after the births currently indicated for the children of this family, suggesting there is a generation missing, at least.
