  1. ↑ Probate of Jonathan Gibson (Middlesex 9109} contains accounting by "Mary Jones "formerly Mary Gibson)". Will of John Forrestal in 1763 (Middlesex 8120) names daughter Mary "Jons", and two grandchildren Thaddeus and Betty Gibson. Mary Forrestal m. 1748 Jonathan Gibson. Betty born 1750, was presumably Jonathan's child that was "3 years & 1/2 old" when their father died, and "the other 7 months". A judge's note notes that the Gibson estate should not be intermingled with that of "her 2'd Husband (Eli Jones)".
