"Eleazer Lusher first appears in Dedham, Mass., in 1637, and soon takes a leading role in town and colony affairs. He brought a wife with him, but her given name is not seen in New England records. In the parish register of Pulham St. Mary the Virgin, co. Norfolk, is the following marriage: 'Eleazer Lusher et Anna Bancrafte Nupt: 8 July 1628'"

This marriage is not proven but is highly likely.
