Harry died before 1880, maybe from the same thing that killed Joanna in 1870. Jennie Wilmot Manuel does not seem to consider him in her list of children mentioned in the 1900 census, so the guess is that he died before she married David. Rachel is probably listed as one of Jennie's children who died. Rachel disappears after the 1880 census either due to marriage or death.
