["the Chh in Cornish which was in Union with Windsor the first Five Years", from records of Rev. James Wellman] 28. C. Doctor David Hall & Olive Smeed both of Windsor May 10th 1775.
Note: Source:Vermont, United States. Vital Records, 1760-1954, here, records the marriage of David Hall and Olive Smeed in Windsor on 10 May 1793. Based on the births of the children, this is either a separate couple, or the date was copied wrong when this card was made. The first case seems unlikely since Olive Smeed is an unusual name, David's son David wasn't born utnil 1791. The second case seems probable given the agreement of the date 10 May between the two records. Thus, it seems almost certain that the date should have been 10 May 1775 and this card is in error.
