  2.   Source:Brigham, Emma Elisabeth. History of the Brigham Family, Vol. 2, p. 40, seems to believe this marriage "probable". It is possible they never saw the father's will of 1757, which named "my Beloved Daughter Mary Bruce who is deceased", which, when combined with their evidence (the matching names of the marriage record, the compatible ages, no other Mary Brigham who this could be), makes it almost certain.
