Children
- John Blair of that ilk, who married Grissel, daughter of Robert II. Lord Semple and got a charter under the great seal, Johanni Blair de eodem, et Grisellida Semple ejus sponsa, terrarium vocat. Thornlie, Wallace, &c. dated 8th February 1573.
- Also a charter of lands of Ryscholme, Flaskwood, North Blaise, South Blaise, &c. in Ayrshire, dated 1st February 1575.
- And two charters, one of the 40 shilling land of Muirburn in Renfrewshire; the other of the lands of Over-Birket, &c. in Ayrshire, dated 3rd and 4th February 1580.
- By the said Grisel Semple, he had a son, John, his heir, - and three daughters.
- 1. Jean, who got a charter under the great seal, Jeanna Blair, filia Johannis Blair de eodem, terrarium de Hutterhill, &c. in Ayrshire, date 14th August 1594.
- 2. Margaret, married to ___Ker of Kerfland, and got a charter under the great seal to her and Robert Ker her son, of the lands of Frearn in Ayrshire, dated 2nd of January 1594.
- 3. Grisel, married David Blair of Adamton, by charter under the great seal, 21st July 1598.
