Family:Daniel Willcox and Unknown (1)

DANIEL originated in the Massachusetts Colony. His descendants have produced 30 Wabash County farm families.

In his family "TREE" are the surnames of: Hippensteel, Keffaber, Mattern, Urschel, Haupert, Frushour, Hoover, Lautzenhizer, and Amber. All of these surnames have many WeRelate.org pages. Thus they "link" to many of the Urbana pioneers.

An early rift among the early sons, so angered the last of the original Willcox sons, that he cast out the second "l" in his surname, to become Daniel Oscar Wilcox. Thus, that is reflected in the listing of his descendants (not a mispelling!).
