To which is added genealogies of Temple families settling in Reading, Mass., Chester Co., Pa., Ayletts, Va., Galway, N.Y., and elsewhere. Daniel Temple [#36] "m. Hannah Woodcock (b. April 27, 1897)". [Note: the given date is non-sensical and is clearly a typo of some sort. But the birth could not be 1797. Nor could it be a death date. Possibly the marriage occurred 1797 (no record found) but even that seems doubtful given the first known child not born until 1803. So the date is ignored.]

"Daniel Temple, from Warwick, m. Hannah Woodcock."
- ↑ The identification of Daniel's wife as Hannah Woodcock is based on secondary sources, and the basis for this identification has not been located (i.e., who were her parents, pertinent deed or will, marriage record, etc.).
