Marriage – Daniel McNeil to Ann Woodward, 30 May 1811 Montgomery Co OH, by Charles Hardy, Minister of the Gospel, v. A, p. 29

Common Pleas, v. D-1, p. 161-164, estate of Seth Kellogg, 8 Nov 1819, John McNeal and Daniel McNeal are buyers at the sale.

Common Pleas, v. D-1, p. 176-181, estate of Isaac Woodward, occupation hatter, Daniel McNeil, John McNeil, James Woodward, Jemima Woodward, Samuel Woodward, are buyers at the sale.

Estate of Gilbert Bowman (widow Sarah) 1814, case #147, Daniel McNeil and Isaac Woodward, securities (put up bond). It mentions military duty (for Bowman) at Greenville, so I looked him up but he was in a different unit than Daniel McNeil. I see that there was a Thomas McNeil under Gilchrist too.
Daniel McNeil is probably a son of this Neil McNeil who was in Montgomery Co early enough, supposedly married a Sarah Hargis. Attached are some things. I assume he is the Neil McNeil in 1820 in Washington Twp, aged over 45. I don’t spot an estate but it would be nice to know all his children. -- Tom Neel, Ohio Genealogical Society
