Services: February 19, 2010 at 1:00 PM Dale Thomas Nowlin, 83, formerly of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, died Sunday, February 14, 2010.
He was born Monday, February 22, 1926, in Highwood, IL, son of the late Robert and Ferddie (McIntire) Nowlin.
He served his country in the Army during World War II.
He was a member of the Lawrenceburg Masonic Lodge, the First Church of Christ-Greendale, and the American Legion, David McAllister Post #239.
He worked as a Union Pipefitter.
He is survived by his son, [Living] Nowlin; daughter, [Living]Frye; 9 grandchildren, [names of living individuals have been removed;] and 12 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Ruth Nowlin.
Friends will be received Friday, February 19, 2010 from 11am to 1pm at the First Church of Christ, Greendale, Indiana.
Funeral services will follow at 1pm with Rick Iles and Pastor Tim Russell officiating.
Interment will follow in the Greendale Cemetery, Greendale, Indiana.
Contributions may be made to the First Church of Christ-Greendale or the American Cancer Society.

Services: May 26, 2009 at 1:00 PM Ruth Mary Nowlin, 83 years old, formerly of Lawrenceburg, IN, died in Indianapolis on May, 21, 2009.
She was born in Lawrenceburg, IN on February 17, 1926. She was the daughter of the late Clifton Hannan and the late Thelma Jarrell Clifton .
She was a member of First Church of Christ of Greendale, Eastern Star, Welcome Wagon and Volunteered for Dearborn Co. Hospital.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband, Dale Nowlin, son, [Living] Nowlin, daughter, Living Fry, Brother, [Living] Hannan, sister, [Living] Schmeltzer, 9 grandchildren, , 10 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by father, Clifton Hannan, mother, Thelma Jarrell Clifton.
Friends will be received Tuesday, May 26, 2009 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at the First Church of Christ in Greendale, Indiana.
Services will be Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at 1:00 pm at the First Church of Christ in Greendale with Pastor Tim Russell officiating.
Interment will follow in the Greendale Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to the First Church of Christ of Greendale.
