The marriage record gives her name as "Sivilla", but colonial S's and L's were very similar. Henry Bond gives the name as Levilla. Cutter, in New England Families, calls her Zurvilla or Trovilla. Her birth record says Zurviller, and her gravestone says Zerviler. The births of her children name her as Zurvilla and Zurvillar. One source throws up their hands and just calls her "a daughter of Palmer Goulding".
