  2.   Source:Warden, William A. Genealogy of the Dexter Family in America, p. 31, calls her "Meribah Dilloway", but Dillenoy is more like De Lannoy, the early French spelling of Delano. And whereas no Meribah Dilloway is found in Middleborough records, the birth of a Meribah Delano of an appropriate age is. As Meribah Delano's father was Nathan, it is only natural she would name her first son Nathan.
