[Note: compare to Boston record, noticing transposition of digits: 27 vs. 24 in date, and opposite transposition in year. The 1724 date in the Dedham record is the same date that the Dedham record gives for Isaac Hide's marriage to Elizabeth Starr one line up. Both of these marriages in the Dedham records were sent by Boston to Dedham due to Acts of 1857. Apparently somewhere in the process, both dates were written as 1724, but in the original Boston records, only Isaac Hide's marriage is 1724, Consider Jones' marriage is 1727. The Boston records should be authoritative, and appear correct since Rebecca's birth in 1707 makes a marriage in 1724 earlier than typical based on age.]
