Colin¹ Frazer … married (2) soon after 17 Dec. 1691, Ann, daughter of John Wicom (217-3). … His contract of marriage with Ann Wicom is dated 17 Dec., 1691, and mentions that he 'hath two children by his former wife,' and that if these children trouble Ann, he will put them out (Essex Deeds, 38:63)."
