Oswego Palladium-Times, 14 Oct 1948: ROSER--TANNER Ricard-- Miss Mary E. Tanner, daughter of the late David and Mary Tanner of Williamstown, and Clarence Roser, son of the late George and Elizabeth Boshardt Roser, were united in marriage Saturday night at the parsonage of the Methodist church in Richland by the pastor, the Rev. Robert I. Rowsam, at 8 o'clock. They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Robert Mitchell of Rochester, sister and brother-in-law of the bridegroom. Mrs. Roser is a graduate of Williamstown High School and served four years as a WAC in the Medical Corps of the U.S. Army in the last war. The bridegroom attended the local school and is engaged in farming.
