    Letter from John Stewart to his son John Stewart
    In a letter John Stewart of Pittsylvania Co., VA wrote that his daughter Cely had married Benjamin Ward, who was living next to the Stewarts with his brother in Pittsylvania County. It is posited tha t Cely and Benjamin were married in 1774 shortly before the letter was written.
