    [1].

Assuming her husband is correctly identified by this source as Person:Benjamin Rice (4) (as opposed to Person:Benjamin Rice (1)), her husband's age makes it likely she was Mary Chamberlain who married (1) John Graves at Concord. However, it is not even clear which Mary Chamberlain this is. ERA says it was not the daughter of Richard Chamberlain of Sudbury, as her father's will named her Mary Smith, and so must be the daughter of Thomas Chamberlain. But Source:Chamberlain, George Walter. One Branch of the Descendants of Thomas Chamberlain of Woburn, 1644, p. 8 says it was not the daughter of Thomas Chamberlain, since it was the daughter of Richard Chamberlain, his will mentioning both daughter Mary Smith and daughter Mary Graves, and Chamberlain guesses Mary Smith was really a granddaughter, since the mention of a grandson John Graves suggests Mary Graves was the daughter.

  3.   Note: beware of a side effect of the misidentification of Benjamin's wife. Since Source:Ward, Andrew Henshaw. Genealogical History of the Rice Family : Descendants of Deacon Edmund Rice, p. 23, misidentifies the wife of Benjamin Rice of Marlborough as Mary Graves, when she married his uncle Benjamin Rice. Therefore, all the children identified by this source as belonging to Benjamin Rice and Mary Graves actually belong to Benjamin Mary (Rice) Rice. The marriage on the present page is not known to have any children.
