↑ The births of children in 1758, 1761, 1763, 1766, 1768, 1771, 1772, and 1774 give the name of the mother as Dinah. The History of Berlin, p. 274 suggests Benjamin married Dinah Wheeler as his 2d wife on 4 May 1787, but this appears to be a misreading the marriage record, and considering the birth records, Dinah would appear to be the one and only wife??
