LAND: -15 May 1760 Barney Davis and Catherine his wife and Robert Wilcox all of Exeter, yeomen, for £1000 to Abraham Wilcox of Exeter, yeoman, 200 acres bounded: said Robert Wilcox, saw mill, Phendor Post, the river, said Abraham Wilcox, highway, Breakhart Hill, David Stantons, Staffords, said tract of land as it was given unto the abovesaid Catharine Davis by her father Robert Wilcox in his will. And also a ceder lot of land lying in the swamp called Pettyplace Swamp #15 in West Greenwich. Witnesses: Hopson Wilcox, Catharine Wilcox and John Stanton. [Exeter Land ?:351-352]
