Asa Thompson, born, probably at New Haven, 27 December 1734, married, at Suffield, 26 February 1756, one Mary Smith (Suffield Church Record, per Ricker Compilation). She died 7 Nov 1812, Stanford, Dutchess, New York, and is buried with her husband in the Thompson Family Graveyard there. Levi Trumble of Suffield married, 20 May 1756, one Mary Smith (Suffield VR). There were two women by the name born in Suffield in the right time frame to be either wife. Mary, dau of Nathaniel Smith, was baptized 31 Aug 1735 (Suffield Church Record, per Ricker Compilation). Mary, daughter of Ebenezer Smith 2nd was baptized 9 May 1736 (Suffield Church Record per Ricker Compilation).
