WEDDING.-On Wednesday a quiet wedding was celebrated at Morwell, the contracting parties being Mr A. Mitchelson, of Cunningham, and Miss S. A. Pryke, of Morwell. The ceremony was performed in the Methodist Church by the Rev. T. J. Payne. The bride, who was married in her travelling dress, looked charming, and was given away by her brother. Miss Annie Pryke was the only bridesmaid, and she was very prettily attired, while a brother of the bridegroom acted as best man. Only the immediate friends of the contracting parties were present. The newly married couple left by the midday train for Cunningham on their honeymoon trip, amidst expressions of good wishes from the assembled friends.
