  2. Source:Graves, Kenneth Vance. Samuel Graves, 1630 Settler of Lynn, Massachusetts and His Descendants, p. 17, claims a daughter Esther born to Abraham and Ann Graves, a twin to son John. In doing so, this source make two errors: the birth and the death. Since there is no marriage, nothing remains to suggest any such person existed.

"Ester Graves, b. 11 June 1691, d. 8 Dec 1739. Twin of John. (source: Vital records of Andover, Mass.)"

Regarding the birth: there is no such birth listed in the Andover VRs. In the published records, Vol. 1, p. 179, the only Esther is for Abraham Graves and Sarah (Frost), born in 1739. Because this is the line right above John's birth, the author must have mistakenly picked up John's birthdate for Esther. In the handwritten records for 1691, there is only a birth for John on 11 Jun, no mention of Esther or any twin.

Regarding the death: A death is recorded in Andover Vol. 2, p. 454 for Esther, d/o of Abraham and Sarah, not Anne, in 1739. Compare to the birth of Esther mentioned above and you see this is the death of a 6-month old child of Abraham Graves and Sarah (Frost) (and contradicting itself, is so shown on p. 45 of the cited source), not of this family.
