A comparison of legatees in the two wills:
John does not identify any sisters, but his list of brothers is the same as Davids, except that David includes only a John Walker whose relationship is not specified, but is probably his father. Two out of three witnesses are the same persons. David It is difficult not to conclude that John and David were brothers. 1740.
