There are two places named Bispham in Lancashire:

  1. Bispham (West Lancashire) which was in West Lancashire Rural District and since 1974 in the Borough of West Lancashire. The nearest town of any size is Ormskirk. This Bispham was in Croston ancient parish and in the sub-registration district of Lathom.
  2. Bispham-with-Norbreck which was just north of Blackpool until it was absorbed into the town in 1918. Bispham-with-Norbreck was in Bispham ancient parish and was itself a sub-registration district.

It is difficult to tell from the title of this source which Bispham it might be referring to. The films need to be inspected individually.
